Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) im Kundenmanagement Export Frankreich
Deine Aufgaben
Betreuung unserer Kunden in Frankreich – von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung • Beratung in französischer Sprache • Erstellung von Angeboten und Erfassung von Aufträgen • Koordination mit Produktmanagement, Produktion, Versand und Buchhaltung • Pflege von Kunden- und Stammdaten • Einholung von Frachtangeboten • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen • Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement
Dein Profil
• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenmanagement oder Export von Vorteil • Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Kundenorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Your responsibilities
• Supporting our customers in France – from initial enquiry to delivery • Advising customers in French • Preparing quotations and processing orders • Coordinating with Product Management, Production, Shipping and Accounting • Maintaining customer and master data • Requesting freight quotations • Handling complaints and finding customer-oriented solutions • Supporting receivables management
Your profile
