We are looking for a Junior Controller / Project Manager to support financial control and operational coordination of projects. The candidate will be involved in cost monitoring, activity planning, and reporting for strategic projects, including international expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project costs and analyze variances against budget.
- Prepare financial reports and project KPIs.
- Support planning and coordination of project activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, production).
- Assist with documentation management and project compliance.
Wymagania dotyczące stanowiska
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of industrial accounting and cost control.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
