Career Opportunity
We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, capable and hard-working individual to join our team in Sofia as an HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding processes (incl. preparing recruitment adverts, communicating with candidates, participating in interviews, preparing contracts, and providing support during new joiners’ induction programme).
- Have active involvement in employees’ learning and development (incl. coordinating internal and external trainings and maintaining training records up to date).
- Provide support in the implementation of performance management tools.
- Assist in preparing payroll information to be sent to the finance team on a monthly basis.
- Maintain employee records up to date, both in hard copy and electronic.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, as required, to both local management and the regional HR team.
- Ensure communication of company policies to employees in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support in resolving employee issues and complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments for the implementation of HR activities.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as required by management and the Regional HR department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field will be considered an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
- Computer literacy, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive and friendly approach.
