Chef qualifications at least 2 year course
5) Recent previous experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef in a busy, but organised
4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen
6) Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation.
7) Proven success at leading a team to achieve high standards
8) Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and motivational skills
9) Ability to motivate team
10) Sound knowledge and passion for food
11) Thorough knowledge of HACCP
12) Thorough knowledge of kitchen management
13) Honest, reliable and hardworking
14) Demonstrate knowledge of cost structures and budget
