Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Front Office Supervisor to work with a company in the hospitality sector.
ROLE
- Coordinate the team of receptionists, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment;
- Supervise the daily operations of the front desk and act as the main point of contact between reception and Management;
- Ensure professional and personalized service for all guests;
- Manage check-in, check-out, booking, and special request processes;
- Effectively resolve any complaints or complex situations;
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure integrated service;
- Support the management of maintenance services;
- Comply with the hotel's operational procedures and quality standards;
- Train, motivate, and mentor new team members.
WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Schedule between 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM;
- From Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off;
- Cascais.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory);
- Completion of 12th grade / High School Diploma (Mandatory);
- Fluency in English (Mandatory);
- Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Knowledge of hotel management software is valued;
- Immediate availability to start, as well as for rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
