Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of the daily operation.
- Complies and reinforces all statutory and legal requirements for fire, hygiene, health and safety, GDPR.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all the departments.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness
- Ensures that the team actively creates Sparkle moments that are based on personalization and creativity and promotes those.
- Effectively & responsibly handles guests’ requests by adopting a “one-stop” approach.
- Performs other duties as assigned by senior hotel leadership.
- Manages any incident that occurs during resident stays or guest visits.
- Prepare, manage and assist in facilitating event operational requirements.
- Attend all event and other relevant meetings/briefings.
- Carry out patrols front and back of house areas to ensure doors are locked or open as required.

The successful candidate will:
- Full flexibility – this is a full-time role, flexibility and shift work is required.
- A real understanding of hotel operation.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
- Outgoing and confidence in dealing with a range of customers.
- Previous hospitality experience desired.
- A structured and organized approach to work planning.
- Ability to multitask many projects
