Job description

Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit Customer Sales Agents (Receptionists) on a Full-Time basis, within the Front Office Department.

This position will assist in the following:

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring an enjoyable and hassle free stay.

  • Maximising revenue through Rooms and Food & Beverage up selling whilst managing other related targets set by the department.

  • Handling guest comments and queries and exceeding their expectations.

  • General Front Office duties

Requirements

  • Fluency in English

  • A neat personal appearance

  • Charisma and customer care skills

  • An eye for detail

  • An individual that takes initiative

  • We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a professional environment, where high standards, attention to detail and exceptional quality is of utmost importance.

  • The selected applicants would be team players, have a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction and possess the right flair and creativity.

  • The successful candidates should be an energetic individual, who enjoys working with people, possesses excellent communication and customer care skills and is fluent in the use of Computer systems.

  • An ITS qualification, knowledge of the Opera system and knowledge of Maltese would be favourable considered.

  • A minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry, preferably within a five star environment in a similar role

  • Other foreign languages especially Russian, German, French and Italian will also be considered an asset.

Salary

Gross monthly salary varies between €972.42 & €1,306.75
