COOK SHIFT MANAGER

To expand the team, we are looking for independent cook to perform the following tasks: independent, professional, high-quality, tasty preparation and presentation of meals, • training of colleagues in the use of new food preparation techniques, use of machines and equipment, • work organization and coordination of employed in the shifts, • supervision and care for the proper storage of food, preparation of meat and vegetables, • implementation of control of prepared meals, • taking care of the arrangement of the buffet table, cleanliness and other tasks according to the manager's instructions. The work takes place in two shifts.

•   secondary level of education in cooking,
•   5 years of cooking experience,
•   knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisine and preparation of dishes,
•    responsibility and reliability,
•     the ability to work in a team.
