Assistant Service Desk Manager (m/f)
For one of our customers, a leading sporting goods manufacture situated in Herzogenaurach, we are looking for an Assistant Service Desk Manager (m/f).
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the global Service Desk Managers in all
aspects of their area of responsibility
- Day to Day monitoring of the external provider's
service delivery and SLA fulfillment
- Incident- and Problem Management
- Point of contact for the Business user community in
all IT- related inquiries
- Creating and analyzing reports
- Arranging meetings and creating presentations
Your skils:
- Working experience in the referred areas in a lage
corporate IT-setting with experience in IT-Service
Management and/or IT-Service Desk environments
- Knowledge of commen Service Desk processes
- Wide spread knowledge of PC, MAC, Business
Applications and IT Infrastructure
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Office
- Strong sense of customer and service orientation
