About the job
This role is based within the European Sales Centre of Excellence that is accountable for achieving ambitious growth and profitability aspirations across the European zone.
As Net Revenue Growth Management (NRGM) manager for one of our categories, you will become the expert in understanding the opportunities and challenges within the category, utilising the five levers of NRGM to build and develop a suite of options for driving category growth.
Working for the Head of NRGM, you will assist in creating strategies and methodologies for the application of NRGM within your category across Europe. You will lead the category and rollout of NRGM across our European markets, developing the methodology for NRGM in Arla & codifying the ways of working into our operating model.
Further, you will:
- Partner across the organization to embed NRGM ways of thinking and processes and to leverage relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply chain and Customer Marketing to deliver the transformational programme across the whole organisation
- Support markets in the development and execution the holistic plans that drive a sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using the outputs from NRGM processes within your category
- Drive joint value creation conversations with our customers by grounding our thinking in driving value for Arla, our customers and consumers, based on shopper insights
- Train the Arla commercial teams in NRGM philosophies, tools, analysis, and executional tactics to build capability across the wider organisation
About you
You have at 3+ years of experience from a commercial role in the Blue Chip FMCG or Grocery Retail sectors (within MS&P/NRGM, sales, finance, category or similar). Candidates from a management consulting background or pricing specialists also be considered as well. You are well versed in the demands of a commercial/consumer environment and have a proven track record of delivering commercially oriented strategies, plans, and results.
Further, you:
- Are comfortable with large and complex data sets and experienced in turning data into actionable insights, and not least; your strong presentation and communication skills enables you to communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Have the ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources
- Are highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills, you display a growth mindset looking to find and implement solutions
- Are highly independent in thinking and framing problems
