ICT European Online Job Day
Are you a professional with ICT/ digital skills and looking for a career boost abroad?
Or (why not?!) an opportunity allowing you to work from… anywhere in Europe?
With this event, EURES aims to bring together jobseekers/ job changers and employers from the ICT & Digital sector across Europe.
1. Find and apply for jobs
In advance of the event you will be able to go through employers’ bios, search hundreds of job opportunities and apply for those matching your profile. As a result, you may then be invited for one or more interviews.
2. Step by step to succeed
On May 20th (10.00-14.30 CEST) you can join us online and follow a programme of interesting presentations, workshops, testimonials and talks by Digital sector, labour market and mobility experts, employers, decision makers and successful professionals.
There will be topics such as digital skills & the future of work, smart ways of working, digital nomads & co-working services, recruiting and keeping a work relationship across borders, related duties and rights, mobility supporting schemes, among others.
In parallel, you can as well go through on-demand presentations about specific countries & employers, what they are looking for and what they can offer you in return.
3. Talk to us!
On the day, you can chat online (10.00-16:00 CEST) with employers and get one-to-one advice from EURES Advisers in several European countries, on your career move projects and related practicalities.
During the Programme, you can also ask questions and add your input at the Q&A session after each presentation.

Are you an employer with ICT/ digital recruitment needs and
looking for talented candidates that may be out of your local reach?
A range of recruitment services will be available from the moment you register, including the publishing of your vacancies on the event’s website, automated matching and interview scheduling in advance of the event. Jobseekers will also be waiting to speak to you on the day.
The event will be widely promoted across Europe, among the digital & ICT communities, through targeted social media campaigns and online platforms.
To participate in the event, you need to register and upload your jobs well in advance.
The registration for jobseekers will open on April 20th and from that day they will be able to apply for your jobs.

In order to participate online in this event, you need to register in advance.
Apply for posted jobs in advance of the event!
To date 53 employers from Europe have joined the event including from Portugal, Ireland, Finland, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia, and over 200 positions have been advertised for this event and more will become available in the next days. You can now browse and apply for jobs that match your profile, make contact with employers and book one or more job interviews.
REMEMBER: registering for this event and uploading your CV is not enough. If you want employers to view your CV and be able to invite you for an interview you must apply for the job vacancy directly and before the day of the event. Interviews will be taking place between 20th and 28th of May.
Companies may invite you for one or more online interviews. In case you are pre-selected, you will get a notification by the employer(s) on possible timeslots for the interview, to which you should answer as quickly as possible.
Programme
On the day of the event you can watch a programme of interesting presentations, debates, workshops and testimonials on digital skills & the future of work, smart ways of working, digital nomads & co-working, hiring across borders, improving your profile on LinkedIn, mobility supporting schemes among other interesting topics. Chat with exhibitors
During the event, employers and EURES Advisers will be available online on a chat to answer your questions. If you don't have any pre-set interviews, this may be still your chance to get more information on job requirements and to apply for jobs of some interest to you.

Are you an Employer looking for IT/ Digital Talent to join your Team?You can take part in ‘Digit'allJobs moving Europe’ online Job Day without leaving your office.
In order to participate in this online event, you need to register and upload your jobs in advance of the event.
This will also allow you to access job applications ahead of the event and to schedule job interviews with pre-selected candidates via interview scheduler available on the platform. You can conduct interviews via the event platform between 20th and 28th of May.
To date we have over 600 jobseekers registered for this event and they can now apply for jobs advertised for this event.

How to participate?
- Create / update your company profile: register directly as an Exhibitor
- Upload your jobs and we will promote your job vacancies all over Europe. Make sure your jobs are uploaded well in advance of the event.
- Make your ‘virtual stand’ attractive for jobseekers by adding a company video or a pre-recorded presentation to introduce your company and your recruitment needs.
- Check and review applications for your jobs in advance of the event
- Use a dedicated interview scheduling system available on the platform to schedule online interviews with pre-selected candidates. You can watch a video tutorial on Pre-selecting applicants and setting up your interview schedule
- Conduct one-to-one online interviews with selected candidates at a time slot chosen by you (interviews scheduled via the platform can take place between 20th and 28th of May)
- On the event day, use the live chat option to interact with potential candidates
Participation in ‘Digit'allJobs moving Europe’ is free of charge and available online via any computer or mobile device with an internet connection. This is opportunity for you to save time, effort and cost of recruiting!
On the day of the event, May 20th, you can join us online and virtually attend a Programme of interesting presentations on topics including Remote Working, Hiring Across Borders and Dealing with Taxation and Social security, Digital Nomads, Mobility Supporting Schemes.
