Playa Montroig Camping Resort is selecting university students for waiter/waitress work for the summer season. We are seeking staff from July 1 to August 27, to create a unique experience for our customers providing an excellent service. Will ensure: Taking orders through pda-system Serving food and beverages Maintaining cleanliness of dining area Basic knowledge of reservations.

Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Notifying managers of necessary repairs. Collecting and disposing of trash. Assisting guests when necessary. Keeping the linen room stocked. Properly cleaning upholstered furniture

Greet customers and hand out menus. Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen. Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials. Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared. Check that customers are satisfied with their meal. Prepare the bill for tables when requested. Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. Administer change to tables if needed.

Responsible to create-implement and monitor on a daily basis the operation procedures between the departments of the hotel and offering high end customer service.

1-2 years minimum experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a four or five star Hotel . Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential. Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented. Excellent MS Office skills. Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork spirit.

2-3 years minimum experience as a Housekeeping Maid in a Hotel or Villas. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented. Well groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team work spirit.

Experience as a Cook B' in a Hotel or Restaurant. Excellent command of the Greek language is essential. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented. Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork spirit.
