Location: Lisboa, Portugal | Hybrid (2 days/week in-office)
We are looking for a a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Team Lead to drive operational excellence in a multinational business solutions environment. You will manage a team of Customer Service Specialists, ensuring high standards in customer engagement, service delivery, and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
- Ensure service standards and customer retention through tailored solutions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and key liaison between management and frontline teams.
- Monitor team performance and implement best practices for quality and efficiency.
- Enforce people management principles and resolve performance/behavior issues promptly and fairly.
- Collaborate with supporting functions to identify and drive process improvements.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Team Leader.
- Fluent in French ans English, best if you have Italian
- Strong communication, conflict management, and multitasking skills.
- Coaching training and knowledge of labor legislation are valued.
