Specialty Cook Asian Kitchen
Will you join the kitchen team of SVH Master Chef, Rogér Rassin, as an Asian specialty cook? As a Specialty Chef Allround Asian Kitchen you work in a very well equipped kitchen. You prepare a wide variety of Asian dishes: from the fresh sushi and oriental dishes for restaurant OZZO to Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian dishes. Your duties and responsibilities mainly consist of: Preparing Asian / fusion dishes; Managing your party independently; Supervising, directing or training colleagues; Checking the HACCP guidelines.
