Your tasks
- First and second level support for our software and websites
- Trace and debugg software applications
- Monitor and dispatch issues to our development
- Configure the software
- Setup or program custom reports
- Create custom scripts using our self-developed scripting language
- Perform database configuration via SQL
- Teach colleagues and clients with regard to our different software products
Your profile
Essential
- Minimum of three years working experience or education in the field of IT
- Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
- Ability to multitask and to self-organize
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Service oriented working attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good understanding of Windows server architecture
- Basic knowledge of network technologies
- Ability to listen carefully and explain efficiently
- Prove a hands-on mentality and independent working style, be highly motivated to take up responsibility and to complete assignments in a timely manner
- Commitment to a long-term employment
Assets
- Fluent in two of the following languages: French, English and German
- Customer Service experience
- Experience in Visual Studio, Component One Report Design, Web Deployment
- Experience in the field of Intellectual Property
