Customer Care Specialist with Dutch           

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication with B2B clients via phone and email;
• Consult clients about the social media products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
• Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.
• Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
• Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients and partners;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent level of Dutch;
• Advanced level of English;
• Good computer literacy;
• Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
• Understanding of social media tools.
• Results-driven with strong communication skills;
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage;
