Customer Care Specialist with Dutch
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with B2B clients via phone and email;
- Consult clients about the social media products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
- Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients and partners;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent level of Dutch;
- Advanced level of English;
- Good computer literacy;
- Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Understanding of social media tools.
- Results-driven with strong communication skills;
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage;
