The successful candidate will strongly support the Culinary Team

Responsibilities :

  • Cooperation and execution of instructions from the Ex.Chef for the preparation of the menu
  • Menu production based on program
  • Prepares ingredients following recipes
  • Completes meal preparation
  • Adhering to quality goals & monitoring customer feedback to achieve goals.
  • Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of equipment, food storage and work areas
  • Follows proper food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules

 

Functievereisten

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sector, including a minimum of 2 years as a Cook B in an 4* or 5*hotel
  • Ability to speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English
  • A culinary degree
  • Good hygiene knowledge and HACCP Standards

Skills:

  • Responsibility, Organization, Methodology, Teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and focus on delivering high quality results
  • Accuracy, concentration and consistency in the execution of recipes
