Tasks to be performed/skills required
• Advanced knowledge of the main techniques of classic and modern cuisine
• Excellent manual skills in mise en place, preservation, cooking and presentation
• Precision in production, even in high-flow contexts
• Autonomy in managing one's own workstation
• Basic knowledge of gourmet pastry/bakery
• Storage and labelling management according to procedures
• Use of basic and semi-industrial equipment and machinery
• Hotel management school diploma or professional cooking course certificate
HACCP Certificate – Food Hygiene and Safety Training
Course compliant with Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004
• Genuine passion for cooking and gastronomy
