The Commis de cuisine is a professional figure who, in possession of the skills, deals with the production of meals in our restaurant, of any type and at any level the service is carried out. In this sense, it creates the menu based on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the customers, the style of the company, the pre-established cost criteria and the situation of the warehouse. Carry out appropriate product checks on the starting foods and guarantee the quality of the foods through correct cooking, cooking and conservation processes. Know the basics of the HACCP legislation.

We offer part time job with possibility to change in full time, according to occupancy. From April to October.
