  • Implementation of a correct service at a high level and excellent customer service

  • Secure knowledge of daily offers, à la carte and beverage offers as well as current promotions

  • Warm welcome and taking good care of our guests

  • In charge of your own station at the restaurant

  • Provision of the required mise en place

  • Punctual and cost-concious order of needed products

  • Preparation and collection of guest invoices

  • Motivating the team and enhance their development

  • Training of new employees, apprentices and trainees

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in the hotel sector or similar practical experiences

  • Several years of experience within 5-star Hotel industry

  • Commitment, engagement and initiative

  • Focus on guests

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Friendly and polite appearance

  • Clear and independent way of work
