We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to provide high-quality à la carte service in one of our 8 hotel restaurants. The role includes welcoming guests, presenting menus, recommending food and beverages, ensuring accurate order taking, and delivering an excellent dining experience.
The ideal candidate is communicative, well-organized, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, with basic English communication skills. We offer stable employment, a supportive international environment, and opportunities for fast career advancement.
Requisiti professionali
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in an à la carte restaurant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to present menus, recommend dishes and wines, and provide attentive table service
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Team-oriented, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
Requisiti preferenziali
- Experience in hotel or resort restaurants
- Knowledge of wine pairing and upselling techniques
- Hospitality or tourism education
- Experience working at special events or banquets
