Responsibilities
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Manage and work with a team to produce high quality menu items
• Report to Sous and Head Chef to ensure high standards are maintained in kitchen
• Adhere to hotel culture and standards
• Operate in an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional manner
HACCP certification
Ideal Requirements
• Relevant experience at a 4* or 5* hotel (training internships)
• Professional training for hospitality school
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage sections/pass
• Professional English Language level
• Experience in costing and managing menu items
This is a role with a defined career pathway to Head Chef within the group
