3) Must have completed a chef course of at least 2 years
4) Recent previous experience as a Senior Chef / Sous Chef in a (4) * Restaurant/ Hotel
5) Extensive knowledge of kitchen management
6) Thorough knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation.
7) Excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal skills
8) Must be passionate about food/ presentation
9) Adherence to Food Safety and HACCP procedures
10) Honest, reliable and hardworking
11) Able to work as part of a team
