Purpose
As a Front Office Agent B, you will provide reception services in accordance with the Group’s standards, maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, and assist hotel guests in cooperation with your direct supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, and record/file the relevant information.
- Assist guests and handle any requests, needs, or issues they may have.
- Operate the telephone switchboard.
- Manage email correspondence.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager and the Maintenance Manager regarding any issues in guest rooms.
- Follow the instructions of the shift supervisors.
- Advise and guide guests by providing information about the island, the hotel, and the services offered.
Qualifications
- Tourism education / diploma / degree will be considered an additional asset.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the Protel hotel management system.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).
