Mitsis Group is currently offering new job opportunities at its hotels in Kos, Crete, Rhodes & Corfu

Purpose

As a Front Office Agent B, you will provide reception services in accordance with the Group’s standards, maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, and assist hotel guests in cooperation with your direct supervisor.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, and record/file the relevant information.
  • Assist guests and handle any requests, needs, or issues they may have.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard.
  • Manage email correspondence.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager and the Maintenance Manager regarding any issues in guest rooms.
  • Follow the instructions of the shift supervisors.
  • Advise and guide guests by providing information about the island, the hotel, and the services offered.

Qualifications

  • Tourism education / diploma / degree will be considered an additional asset.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Protel hotel management system.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).
