SE Systems are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager in our Cork office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great scope for career advancement within the company. This is a fully office-based role.
Role Description:
• Support Project Managers in all technical activities during the design, works and administration stages
• Liaise with clients on expectations and provide project updates
•Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and home owners on site
•Working as part of a wider team offering support to colleagues and clients
•Assist with all documentation, supplier documents and H+S and Quality paperwork
•Communicating and building relationships with clients on delivery of projects
•Review Works Allocations with Project Coordinator
•Review Surveys of each home with Surveyor
•Ensure folders and systems are up to date for all home owner packs
•Support adherence to H&S on all SE systems sites
•Working on SEAI’s warmer homes scheme upgrading the energy efficiency of private and social homes
•Other Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
•Have a third level qualification in one of the following disciplines (Energy, Engineering, Construction ,Relevant Trade qualification)
•Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point) and strong knowledge of SharePoint.
•Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
•Excellent communicator
•Enthusiastic, committed self-starter with proactive approach to problem solving
•Flexible and adaptable
•Hold a Full Irish Driving license
