We are looking for a team-oriented HVAC engineer who will be a part of Facility Management Department.
You will be responsible for/to:
- Maintenance of HVAC, sewerage, water supply, gas supply, fire extinguishing, compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, cooling systems, Locksmithery;
- Providing technical supervision of installations and brings corrections on functional parameters and operating conditions;
- Measure and record Energy Consumption on all possible levels (general, differentiated);
- Define effective technical and behavioral measures in order to improve energy efficiency;
- Identify training needs in order to cover energy related aspects (technical, managerial);
- Conduct internal energy management audits at planed intervals;
- Calculate and record energy consumption related KPIs, investigate and respond to significant deviations;
- Supervising the work performed by subcontractors;
- Participating in new equipment installation processes;
- Collaboration with various subcontractors on matters of maintenance
- Supporting the Facility team and the intervention technicians;
- Reports to his/her superior about the actual status and about the future tasks;
- Ensures that all the installations and equipment are functioning in normal parameters;
- Prepare and ensure the needed conditions for technical check of the installations/equipment;
- Provide the annual training for all the personnel that has contact with the installations and equipment.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Engineering;
- Relevant Professional Experience (Years) 6-10 years;
- Expert in HVAC systems;
- Advanced knowledge in compressed air, gas supply, extinguishing systems;
- Certificates for pressurized vessels, gas boilers, gas supply system;
- Good English skills;
- Office software knowledge;
- Legal knowledge;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian legislation regarding building engineering systems and maintenance;

- Salary 2247,94 Eur. - 3370,25 Eur. (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.
