Duties and responsabilities of Guest Service Agents at Jumeirah Frankfurt are:

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the front office area, taking into account guest demands
  • Adherence to Jumeirah processes and improvement of all operations in the front office area in compliance with LQA standards

  • Continuing to comply with the Jumeirah Hallmarks and Guiding Principles

  • Participate in internal training (e.g., Lobster Program) and apply the acquired knowledge in practice as well as at the All Staff Meeting

  • Welcome and check in the guests taking into account the "Manage Arrival Process" (selection of suitable rooms, completion of the booking and input to the computer, handing over of the room pass and keys, luggage organization, updating and creation of guest profiles, orientation in the hotel and in the room); Ensuring the current CSI result

  • Check Out departing guests according to the given "Manage Departure Process" (creating guest bills, organizing transportation); Ensuring the current CSI result

  • Accepts reservations in compliance with Jumeirah standards and enters this in the PMS

  • Adopts all relevant information, etc. from the previous layer. about business volume, special guests, tasks to be clarified and completed and special occurrences

  • Regularly attends meetings and shift assignments

  • Cooperates with staff from all departments, especially housekeeping, guest relations and concierge for arrivals and departures

Requirements:

  •  You have a completed training in hotel management or at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • You are characterized by a structured and autonomous way of working
  • You have excellent German and English spoken and written skills and are confident in working with Opera and Microsoft Office
  • You are communicative and have a high level of social and intercultural competence
  • Further foreign language skills are an advantage
