Front Office Agent

Location: South Rhodes

Type of Employment: Full Time /Seasonal

Ref: HH/FD

What to expect

Employees in this position will be responsible for organizing, servicing and resolving customer issues with the aim of achieving high company standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer care in accordance with Group standards
  • Arrival and departure procedures
  • Management of funds
  • Communication with all departments to fulfil reception requirements.

Necessary qualifications & skills

  • At least one year of work experience in a relevant position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of German is considered an additional qualification.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Opera program or PMS reservation management program (desirable)
  • Customer-orientated concept
  • Communication and organizational skills and team spirit
  • A degree from a tourism school is considered an additional qualification
  • Basic knowledge of the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000 management systems
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety
