DIS/CREADIS is growing rapidly and is experiencing a positive demand from customers. We are now looking for a dedicated Piping Engineer with experience with piping design within Life Science, food/beverage and chemical industries to support customers located in Kalundborg.

As a Piping Engineer at DIS/CREADIS, you will have an independent job and a varied workday with professional challenges that match your level of skills. You will be involved in small and large development projects and will be co-responsible for project implementation in close dialogue with customers. You will solve tasks individually as well as in teams, either from the office or as a consultant at the customer and always with opportunity to share knowledge with your colleagues.
We are looking for a visionary and professional teammate,
who is committed and can contribute to the continued success of DIS/CREADIS. We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering (or similar) combined with experience from a similar position. We expect that you have general knowledge and skills within mechanical engineering. Furthermore, it is essential that you have knowledge and experience with several of the following:
- Experience with CAD systems, such as AutoCAD, AutoPipe and Inventor
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Communication and presentation skills, including the ability to discuss technical issues
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating new and introducing changes to the existing technical documentation
- Designing in 2D and 3D
- Participating in the process of designing and creating technological and technical documentation, i.e., calculations, drawings, diagrams, technical descriptions etc.
- Solving technical problems during project implementation
- Cooperating with the project team at all stages of the project implementation
- Participating in on-site visits at the facilities
- Cooperating in activities with other departments
- Piping design for the chemical industry
- Planning of the layout and connections of pipelines
- Creating technical documentation - plans/diagrams, isometric projections, material lists, technological instructions etc.
- Participating in creating detailed designs
