The Chef de Rang is responsible for providing exceptional table service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met. He/she is in charge of welcoming guests and escorting them to the table, serving food and drinks and offering advice and recommendations. The ideal candidate has a clean and tidy appearance and a friendly and people-oriented attitude

Requisiti professionali

Previous experience within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant is required.
