As a Chef de partie in our kitchen team you are responsible for the preparation of food at the respective food station. Beside this, you ensure the optimal flow and work planning of the daily banquet and à la carte business, taking guest satisfaction and product quality into account. You support our executive chef in his daily work and manage the colleagues working at the commis de cuisine positions as well as our kitchen trainees.

Requisiti professionali

You have completed training as a chef & have experience in the areas of large events, banquets and à la carte. You are resilient, a team player, dynamic, friendly, open-minded, have a talent for organization and a high level of quality awareness.
