We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Banqueting/Breakfast Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. 

 

We are looking for a Banqueting/Breakfast Sous Chef.

 

Are you the perfect match?

  • You have minimum 1 year (Breakfast) sous chef experience
  • You would like to be work in the mornings and afternoon, when there is help needed in Banqueting
  • You are quick, meticulous and passionate about engaging with guests to take their order, preparing and serving the best drinks and food
  • A smooth & memorable service is your top priority, where your aim is to let every guest feel welcome and valued
  • Your biggest motivator? Exceeding guests’ expectations and getting them to return for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
  • Hospitality is in your DNA!
