About the organisation
Medvind Assistanse AS is a Norwegian-owned company that delivers the equality tool BPA (personal assistance) for people with disabilities. For people with disabilities, BPA shall contribute to providing the opportunity to live an active and independent life, with a focus on self-realization and community participation. BPA is just as much about the freedom to choose which life you want to live and who you want to be. With BPA a disabled person will be able to take care of one's duties, interests, needs and wishes like all other members of society.
Medvind Assistanse AS is the formal employer of the assistants, and our salary is bound by a Norwegian tariff. The monthly salary for a 100% position lays between 2700 - 3700 euros a month, before taxes. For foreign workers who are willing to travel to Norway in order to work for a longer period, Medvind will cover the cost of travel and the first month of housing. Fluent capabilities in the English language are required, so is a clean criminal record, a drivers license within the EU, and vaccination against Covid-19.
