Astensmåla Gård AB is a hospitality and experience-driven company focused on food, service, and destination development. We operate multiple concepts built around quality, craftsmanship, and strong, clearly defined identities.
Our core business is centered around Astensmåla Gård, which besides being an international recognized restaurant also serves as our hub for restaurant operations, events, conferences, and seasonal experiences. The business is rooted in a close connection to raw ingredients, environment, and authentic hospitality.
In addition to this, the organisation includes several complementary concepts:
Gallo Papa – a wine bar focused on curated wine experiences and a vibrant social atmosphere
Vera – a concept centered around Mediterranean food, hosting, and a small food marcet
Okee Dokee – a more accessible and flexible activty bar concept designed for higher volume and broader reach
