Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional who is enthusiastic in evangelizing for best practices and mastering testing. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Liaison Technologies you will work closely with broader QA function to ensure top quality throughout our software product development. Our solutions are tailored to solve today's complex data problems, while building a robust foundation for tomorrow. In this position the ability to see both the details and the big picture are highly important, and so are your networking and people skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Lead effective testing strategies as part of continuous deployment environment.
• Collaborate tightly with broader QA function, devops and different engineering groups.
• Develop test suites to evaluate functionality, scalability, security and reliability of our products.
• Mentoring others on automation skill sets.
• Developing and deploying a test automation strategy for the product lifecycle.

You have:

• Background in testing and programming.
• At least 5+ year experience in test automation.
• Experience of working in fast paced international environment (dealing with different time zones).
• Capability to take technical lead engineer responsibility (testing strategies, best practices, mentoring).
• Coding/scripting experience (Java, JavaScript).
• Experience of test frameworks.
• Experience in non-UI/backend system test automation.
• Proven ability to combine skills in development and leadership.

Additional experience:

• DevOps experience with PaaS/AWS/GCE (automated continuous deployments).
•  Performance testing.
• UI test automation.
