For our target client in Munich, a company from the field of construction/and real estate projects, we are looking for full-time: Project Assist (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Participation in ongoing projects as well as in the acquisition process
- Internal and external project preparation and follow-up incl. Record keeping.
- Support in maintaining and updating budget control systems
- Contributing to the audit and preparation of invoices
- Tracking of open releases incl. Status and Reminder
- Ensure complete content in coordination with the project teams
- Completeness checking and independent processing of small sub-projects

- Purchase. Education / studies. min. 3 years experience in assistance project environment
- Very good organization, safe handling of MS Office.
- Experience with invoicing and release processes is an advantage
- Structured, responsible and discreet with strong communication and enforcement ability
- Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage
- 40.0 hours per week
- Takeover after 1-2 months
- Careful and orderly onboarding
