Operating a global Digital Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence for a global Fortune 100 technology company. The Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence is responsible for the production and execution of highly-personalized digital direct marketing campaigns, including the development of campaign lists, personalized HTML emails and landing pages, campaign deployment and post-campaign reporting.
Responsibilities
The Rich Campaign Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client’s Product Marketing Managers, Technology Specialists, Creative Agencies and Media Agencies.
Responsibilities include:
● Booking and implementing of media campaigns
● Oversight and management of media development projects on EMEA Markets
● Building and maintaining relationships with Creative Agencies and Media Agencies
● Cooperating closely with Account Managers, Sales Managers and Media Managers
● Managing deadlines between different teams and clients, ensuring successful launch of campaigns
● Trafficking and QA support for media agencies
● Reporting on performance of digital marketing campaigns
● Identifying opportunities for process improvement
● Identifying and managing risks
● Ensuring a constant high level of quality appropriate to a Fortune 100 company’s consumer-facing marketing materials
Required Skills and Experience
● Experience in a customer facing environment
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong Time Management skills
● Outstanding self management and ability to structure your own work
● Excellent command of written English spelling and grammar
● Good interpersonal relationship skills
● Some level of technical knowledge or experience is required
● Some level of marketing knowledge or experience is required
Desired Skills and Experience:
● Knowledge in HTML and CSS is a plus
● Experience working in online advertising operations
● Work experience managing projects on rapid timelines
● Work experience with internationally distributed teams is a plus
● Work experience at a digital agency is a major advantage
