GUEST REALATION INTERN
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Sereno Hotels for our 5-Star property in Lake Como, part of Leading Hotels of the World, and we are looking for you!
We are currently hiring a Guest Relations Intern to join our dynamic team
The ideal candidate is motivated, self-confident, and eager to learn, with a friendly and approachable personality. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, answering questions and anticipating their needs
- Handle incoming calls, redirect them, or take accurate messages
- Create personalized itineraries for guests
- Assist with restaurant, activity, and transportation reservations
- Respond to guest relations emails in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment and good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
