Front Office Tournant
As a Guest Service Coordinator you will take personal accountability in enhancing the guest experience by performing check-ins and check outs, inform guests about our facilities and the surrounding and by taking care of all guest requests. When operating our One-Touch-Service telephone you will act as a hotel ambassador by being the first contact person for all incoming internal and external calls.
Your qualifications are:
- Customer oriented and friendly
- Team player
- Flexible
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
- Good organization and office handling skills
- Good communication and social skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Have a genuine “Yes I Can!” attitude
- Knowledge of Opera Hotel System (PMS) is a benefit
- Working experience in a similar position in 4 to 5 stars hotel would be a benefit
