As a Guest Service Coordinator you will take personal accountability in enhancing the guest experience by performing check-ins and check outs, inform guests about our facilities and the surrounding and by taking care of all guest requests. When operating our One-Touch-Service telephone you will act as a hotel ambassador by being the first contact person for all incoming internal and external calls.

Your qualifications are:

  • Customer oriented and friendly
  • Team player
  • Flexible
  • Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
  • Good organization and office handling skills
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Have a genuine “Yes I Can!” attitude
  • Knowledge of Opera Hotel System (PMS) is a benefit
  • Working experience in a similar position in 4 to 5 stars hotel would be a benefit
