We are looking for employees for the Stokrotka Sp. z o. o. The company was founded in 1994 in Lublin. The first branch was opened in 1996 near Lublin. In 2013, Stokrotka launched its own logistics network supplying stores with goods. The logistics network consists of a distribution center in Teresin near Warsaw and 11 regional warehouses. In January 2016, Stokrotka opened a second distribution center in Lublin, which was expanded in 2018. As of February 13, 2020, the network has 644 stores. Work at a food warehouse.

The first phase is induction and on-the-job training by the team leader.

The employee then continues the training with the help of a designated experienced instructor who trains and demonstrates the system and the entire warehouse. Teaches the principles of picking and good warehousing practices. Instructs the new employee about the rules in the warehouse.

Work in the warehouse is carried out in two shifts on a 10-12 hour .Working with the voice picking system.

Employees work in two main warehouses, divided into a food zone and an fresh zone with a temperature of + 4 + 12 ° C.

Other work in the warehouse is the area for receiving and loading goods and the UDT operator (for those who have such rights).

Employees who differ in their results, attitude to work and have a corresponding predisposition can take a free course, take an exam and obtain UDT rights valid throughout the European Union.

For new employees in the first 30 calendar days, the rate increases to 20.50 gross, even if the piecework threshold is not reached. If the employee reaches a higher threshold, he will receive a higher wage according to the chord.

The remuneration in the warehouse is calculated per 5 performance thresholds, i.e. the greater the amount of finished boxes, the more the employee receives.

Benefits

Remuneration

  • from 20,5 to 33 PLN/hour (gross)
  • productivity bonus

Work Schedule

  • 10-12 hours daily
  • 200-250 hours monthly
