The company is involved in the management of McDonald’s chain restaurants. The corporate structure includes base-level operators (crew) who handle the preparation of raw materials and fast customer service (counter/drive-thru/food delivery), various managerial roles (managers) who are responsible for shift management, orders, and scheduling; the presence of a director at each outlet (store manager), a supervisor, and the licensee, who is the owner of the business operating under a McDonald’s license.
