As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:
- Carrying out a professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
- Support the service team in monitoring cleanliness, order and standard presentation
- Preparation of events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, setting the tables and carrying out the mise en place
- Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years experience; Experience in the luxury hotel industry desirable
- friendly, open and professional demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language would be an advantage
