Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the Blue Spa

As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:

• Carrying out a professional service in compliance with quality standards
• Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
• Support the service team in monitoring cleanliness, order and standard presentation
• Preparation of events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, setting the tables and carrying out the mise en place
• Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)

You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years experience; Experience in the luxury hotel industry desirable
• friendly, open and professional demeanor
• Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language would be an advantage
