Chef de Partie for our event and spa kitchen (m/f/d)
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:
- Organization of the post's work processes, taking into account the legal provisions and regulations as well as ensuring the hygiene standard (HACCP)
- Ordering the required goods in coordination with the kitchen management
- Ensuring and carrying out the qualitative, quantitative and timely production of the functional area while adhering to and monitoring the specified recipes
- induction of new employees; Instruction and monitoring of training content; Checking the report books of the trainees working at the post
- Checking the cleanliness of the work area and work equipment
- Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:
- successfully completed vocational training as a cook
- several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry, as well as initial management experience
- friendly, open and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food laws and regulations (LMHV, HACCP)
- Organizational talent, optimal time management as well as quality and cost awareness
