- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner;
- Have a complete knowledge of the function of the establishment, its services and of any special promotion, being able to answer quest queries promptly and knowledgeably in line with the standards of the venue;
- Accept payment for tickets/tokens and check tickets accordingly;
- Handle any customer complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to the Venue Manager.
- Be aware of the offers and promotions of the day;
- Use up-selling skills in order to generate more revenue;
