There is currently a job opening “Call Center Agent” in the Call Center Department. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent telephone customer service and for maximizing profit through ticket sales.
What you will do:
- Respond to inbound calls to support customers by providing information on flights, fares and services
- Issue and reissue tickets
- Manage ticket upgrades (Business Class, Miles & Bonus)
- Manage bookings changes, cancellations, and refunds
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
And you have competence in:
- Communicating effectively and in a structured manner
- Resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Organizing and paying attention to detail
- Working collaboratively
- Committing to guidelines and procedures
Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following languages will be considered an asset:
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Russian
- Romanian
