You will become part of our Market Segment Management and Support team consisting of 6 skilled and committed colleagues. Ensure successful go-to-market plans, programmes and product launches Your main focus will be to ensure there is a sufficient pool of ideas within our focus market segments and ensure they turn into actual business cases. As such, you will drive the new product front-end process from idea generation to product launch. Moreover, you will act as facilitator in portfolio meetings in the full new product development heartbeat process and support data and various product tools including product launches. Other key tasks will include: •Global pricing strategy – analysis, deployment, coordination and maintenance in order to secure continued growth, profitability and increased number of opportunities •Product launch – drive global launches for the segments/channels involved – define product launch activities and ensure execution and launch tracking (the what, when, where and who) Your success depends on your ability to manage the demanding new product front end and launch processes involving multiple stakeholders internationally. Global mind-set, business acumen and strong project management skills You have a Bachelor’s degree within Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or similar topped with experience from a similar position where you have worked with sales and marketing management. Your English skills are superior – both in writing and speech. As a person, you are proactive, self-driven and eager to make a difference.
